IHearU Pilot Launch Terms and Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion Validity Period: 1st September 2024 - 30th September 2024

Promotion Overview

• Unlimited Free Sessions: During the pilot launch promotion period, callers can book unlimited free sessions with listener(s).

• First Session Promo Code: Upon signing up, callers will receive a promo code for their first free session, available in the Rewards tab.

• Subsequent Session Promo Codes: To receive a promo code for subsequent free sessions, callers must leave a review for their previous session. The promo code will be available in the Rewards tab after the review is submitted.
  

Eligibility

• This promotion is open to new and existing IHearU users who sign up during the pilot promotion period.

• Callers must have an active IHearU account to participate in the promotion.

How It Works

1. Sign Up: Register or log in to your IHearU account.

2. First Session: Access the Rewards tab to find your promo code for the first free session.

3. Select your preferred Listener/Listener+ & Book Session with Promo Code: Use promo code at check out to book a session

4. Attend session: Complete your session with your listener.

5. Leave a Review: After the session, leave a review for the listener.

6. Get New Promo Code: Once your review is submitted, a new promo code for the next free session will appear in the Rewards tab.

7. Repeat: Repeat the process to continue booking free sessions.

Promo Code Usage

• Promo codes can only be used once and are valid for one free session each.

• Promo codes must be used within the promotion period and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Only one promo code can be used per session.

Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be genuine and based on your experience with the listener.

• Reviews containing inappropriate content or language will be removed, and the promo code will be revoked.

• IHearU reserves the right to take down any reviews that violate our policies and/or community guidelines and/or for any reason.

• As this promotion is complimentary, IHearU reserves the right to take down any reviews that is unfair for Listeners as Listeners are providing service as a goodwill to IHearU. (I.E. Leaving low ratings for no real reasoning/cause).
  

Cancellation Policy

Before you book, kindly consider the availability of your schedule, as our listeners set aside their time for your session.

However, we understand there may be unforeseen circumstances, and we advise cancellations to be done at least 24 hours in advance so others may benefit from your time slot.

• Cancellation within 24 Hours: No Penalty. Users will be able to use the promo code again if cancellation is done at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellation Less than 24 Hours in Advance: Suspension from use of any Pilot Promo Code for 7 days. Users may still book paid sessions and there will be no refunds for any paid sessions if cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance.

General Terms

• This promotion is subjected to the IHearU App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• IHearU App Session is set at 60 minutes from the time booked and ends accordingly, IHearU is not responsible for late or incomplete sessions (ie. sessions less than 60 minutes).

• This promotion is subjected to change or termination at any time without prior notice.

• Listener(s), Listener, Listener+ are not remunerated in Pilot Phase, but will stand to enjoy Premium Membership for the next 3 months when Pilot Phase is over.

• IHearU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Any abuse of this promotion, including fraudulent activities, scam, spam..etc. will result in disqualification from the promotion and account suspension.

• Users who are participating in the Promotion shall comply with our Terms of Use. All users agree to indemnify and will keep indemnified, IHearU (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by IHearU as a direct or indirect result of the user acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms of Use.
  

Privacy

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to IHearU's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• Personal information collected during this promotion will be used in accordance with IHearU's Privacy Policy.
